Cameron is ArcherGrey’s Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM), a field in which he has honed his skills and gathered experience in Digital Transformation for almost 15 years post studying business at the University of Southern California. He is also a certified change management practitioner (CCMP) by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). His projects have spanned traditional PLM and ERP implementations all the way to safety systems invented concurrently with installation, data governance implementations, and technology-less culture shifts.

Cameron specializes in high-touch leadership alignment and advisory, early assessment and mitigation of program risks and impacts, culture analysis and action planning, and facilitating action-oriented communication and learning engagement programs. He has served clients across a multitude of industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Pharmaceutical/Medical Device, Food Processing, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail/ Consumer Goods, and more. Outside the corporate world, he volunteers his skills by serving on the boards of directors for multiple non-profits and mentoring USC business students.
